  1. Other Business
    1. Discussion – Changing the meeting time for upcoming TCM
      1. Motioned by: Usman Malik
    2. Nish: Most meeting of the TCM is attended by residents. Making the TCM meeting early can help non-res student to participate in college affairs.
    3. Anthony Marchese: Continuity is also important, determining such an important issue should be made by the whole college.
    4. Judy: What is the logic pushing the TCM back the to 8 pm?
    5. Chair: Two years ago. TCM had tried to start the TCM at 7 pm. However, during the period of 7 pm to 8 pm, it is easy to lose the quorum. Last year, after consulting with the students through a survey, most members of college think that it is better to host the meeting at 8 pm.
    6. Member of college: Will that be a problem to set a time limit for the TCM instead?
    7. Chair: The time limit to often get push back even there is a time limit for the TCM. So in practice, it does not work. Of course, in procedure wise, it is possible to stop a meeting and pick it back up at the next TCM. Emergency TCM could also be a way to handle important and pressing issues.
    8. Judy: At the end of January, there will be a consultation where members of college can express what they think about the meeting time.
  1. Motion to adjourn
    1. Motion Passed – 9:04 pm
